This Emile Henry Tagine is handmade from French high resistant ceramic that diffuses heat for even cooking. Named for the aromatic Moroccan stew that it’s designed to cook, the tagine features a tall, conical lid that locks in aromatic steam and continuously bastes cooking foods in their own juices. Flame Ceramic, for use in the oven up to 500°C (930°F) and also directly on the heat (gas, electricity or halogen)
