I'd had issues with the charger cable that came with my PS4 when I bought it as not only was it not long enough, but it always fell out of the controller at the slightest force if I wanted to charge and play. This cable is more than long enough for me to play comfortably, and it stays connected to my controller. I'm so relieved I don't have to worry about my controller charging anymore and I can just play.
No real problems with it however the microusb plug molding was a little fat for my xbox controller (aftermarket).. Nothing a shave with a Stanley could not fix
