Author Biography:

TOM JAMES has extensive experience in futures and OTC derivatives, specialising in commodities. During his career, he has been involved in derivatives trading, brokering, risk-management advice and training. He has acted as consultant to several large firms in the Asian region and is currently Senior Risk Management Adviser to Carr Futures, Credit Agricole Indosuez's derivatives arm.
