Debasish Biswas is Assistant Professor and Head in the Department of Business Administration at Vidyasagar University, West Bengal, India. Chanchal Dey is Assistant Professor in the Department of Humanities in the College of Engineering and Management at Kolaghat, West Bengal, India.
