Being told how to get fit by four models may seem cruel, but these girls know their stuff… Or at least their trainer does. There's four main workouts – abs, legs, arms and butt. You can either do their primary workout (20 mins) or their quick fix (5 mins) for each. It's great in that you can choose how much time to spend working out – 5 mins on abs, 20 mins on all four quick fix workouts, 20 mins on legs or maybe 80 minutes for a full workout. It also means you can mix it up and get some variety from your workout. There's also tips from their trainer and a 5 minute warm up. All you need is a pair of weights, some space in front of the TV and a good attitude. You may feel a bit silly working out with a former playboy bunny but you'll feel the burn and definitely be sore the next day!
