The mic mutes by being pushed up and sometimes when you pull it back down the switch doesn't work properly and you don't unmute. The volume control is stupid. It's a wheel on the right side of the headset that doesn't allow for precision and the EPOS software forces it to adjust the volume in chunks, i.e from 20 to 27. This doesn't often display properly onscreen so I can't tell how far the volume has moved and don't end up with what I want. The final thing about this that's irritating is the bluetooth connection and its awful interaction with Windows. I have no problems connecting the headset to Windows, the difficulties come when you want to do something while you're gaming and listening to Discord. Initially, I found some benefit in turning off a setting that forced the app's sound to be exclusive (meaning you could only hear that app's sound) but it still won't let me open YouTube while I have Discord running without both apps losing sound.
