Author Biography:

Dr Andrew Evans is Reader in European Studies at the School of Politics and International Studies, Queen's University Belfast. He teaches and researches in the area of EU law, EU citizenship, external relations, state aid and structural funds, and is the author of leading textbooks in these areas.
