The Cafe Solo is essentially an upside down press-style immersion brewer, with the added bonus of a super fine mesh filter at the top. This allows you to grind the coffee more finely, resulting in a deeper and richer flavour. All you have to do is dump the grounds into the carafe, pour the near-boiling water over the top, stir for a bit, and let it brew for 4 minutes. Very simple, and the resulting coffee is full, rich and delicious!
