This thing is okay when close to you, otherwise doesn't do much, also seems to struggle when temps head towards 30c to the point of being useless.

It claims to be able to drop temps by up to 15c, but I've yet to see it do more than maintain current room temps at best, and even that hasn't been very often

Not worth the $200 price tag, not even worth the $140 it is now with the primate special. Coupled with the filters being $64, this is not worth the money.

We originally bought this to cool down our bedroom, thinking that even though it was small, it could do the job. It can't. However, as a true personal aircon is great and we recommend it. A bit pricey maybe, but we got it on special and can't complain.

This is a great little product designed to cool the air around you. It will never cool down a whole room but if you're sitting up to a metre (maybe 2) away from it then the cool breeze it produces is undeniable. Something to note is that due to how evaporative cooling works, it is never going to work in a high humidity environment. I have this on my desk at work and it has been a lifesaver over summer. Thinking about getting a second one for at home by the bed.
