AÂ convenient modelling vice with a weighted foundation. It has 2Â strong crocodile clamps mounted on an articulated stand that is handy to enable work performed at various angles.
Because the clamps are serrated care must be used when mounting balsa wood or soft plastic models as damage can be caused however, the clamps can be removed for other types if required.
Overall a handy device only limited by its size
Seems a little pricey but it does the job and hasn't broken after a month of good use.
Didn’t get to use this much before the clamps became hard to tighten. Damaged work due to loose fixtures collapsing. This is not built to last. I ended up going back to a toilet roll on a bottle when detailing my die cast cars. It was safer than this awful contraption. I should have bought the more expensive version.
