Final Fantasy Origins is a PSOne game that will work on your PlayStation 2 console.

The Final Fantasy series is a saga which continues to this very day. Final Fantasy marked the first historical step in that long journey, while Final Fantasy II first introduced the original battle system and human drama which have been hallmarks of the series. These first two chapters are now being re-released on the PlayStation to commemorate the beginning of this saga.

New Game Modes: With the addition of Easy Mode, even first-time players can enjoy the game. The Bestiary and the Art Gallery, where the player can admire original conceptual artwork by Yohitaka Amano, are but two of the many added features of the PlayStation release versions.

Cinematic Sequences: In this PlayStation version, many cinematic sequences that were not in the original release version have been added, adding depth to the moving story without losing the atmosphere of the original release version.

Live Performance-Quality Sound: With the substantial evolution of hardware performance, the sound quality has been dramatically improved. The entire music score has been re-mastered and a new exclusive track has been added to complement the new Opening Movie sequence, which means the player can enjoy a much more exciting playing experience.
