To be honest this is without a doubt one of the best film adaptations of an H.G.Wells novel you will ever see,its simply an all time classic. Lionel Jeffries is simply incredible as the brilliant and over the top scientist,he steals almost every scene not to mention the effects sequences by the legendary Ray Harryhausen. Its a true thrill ride from start to finish with plenty of humour to keep you smiling from start to finish. Well done to Umbrella Entertainment for releasing this all time gem. Add it to your collection..you wont be dissapointed
