Author Biography

For over twenty years, Lance Watson has been the driving force behind Olympic champions, Ironman champions and many successful endurance athletes. Watson is a certified National Coaching Institute "Master Coach", and a co-founder and builder of Canada's world-renowned National Triathlon Center. He has led Olympic Teams and has been named Triathlon Canada's Elite Coach of the Year a record 5 times. In 2004, Watson founded LifeSport Coaching (the official coaches of Ironman). Since then, LifeSport has quickly developed an international reputation for its specialized coaching.
