Judging by previous reviews, I don't know whether the knife I recieved was faulty but the barrel on my knife will not tighten round the blade. The barrel just twists forever. The result is that with any sort of cutting pressure, the blade slides backwards at an angle to the barrel, before quickly sinking into the barrel until ithe blade disappears. Not the sort of movement one wants with a razor sharp item. Returned to my trusty Excel.
This is so much better than the standard sharpener. Great for all types of craft stuff. Nice n sharp blade.
