Mark showcases some of his ideas and products that have helped them become more self-reliant; things like fish farming, hydroponics, hoop house gardening, raising chickens, raised bed gardening, composting, and even canoe building. In all that he does, the lessons learned in the Central African Republic, and the appropriate technology approach to problem solving, guide his course.
