These spice racks come with 3 different ways to mount them: stick on hooks, short screws (I used these since I mounted them to my pantry door and I didn't want the screw poking through the other side), and slightly longer screws. The racks themselves are very sturdy. One thing to note, however, is that if you get the spice jars with the bamboo lids, the racks are slightly too small to hold 8 jars unless one of them doesn't lay flat against the rack.
The adhesives supplied would separate from the wall when I had the fire going in the colder seasons, perhaps using command mounting points would remedy this but as it is I can't give this more than a 3 star rating
