Author Biography

Josie Myers is a Reiki Master and life coach helping women enjoy their journeys. She was tired of feeling depressed from battling infertility and turned to energy work. Just a few short years ago, she was a successful accountant stressed to the max, longing to spend more time with her family. Working with the tools in this book helped her rediscover her passion for life.
