Author Biography

Like his parents and his parents' parents, Joe Fullman has been a London resident and bargain-hunter all his life, even if these days he lives in a slightly less central postcode than his forbears (but then he does pay a bargain rent). He occasionally leaves the city, however, to pursue his main job as a travel writer. During his 12 years in the business, he has written for most of the major guidebook publishers, including Rough Guides, Lonely Planet, AA, Cadogan and, of course, Frommer's. He is the author of guides to England, Berlin, Venice, Las Vegas, Costa Rica, Belize and Seville and has contributed to guides to Paris, Italy, Turkey, Central America and the Caribbean.
