Trish Cooke has worked as a TV presenter, written stage plays and had numerous acting roles in the theatre and on screen. He illustrated The Bravest Ever Bear, written by Allan Ahlberg, which won a Blue Peter Book Award, and collaborated with Jill Tomlinson on a number of animal stories, notably The Owl Who Was Afraid of the Dark.
