The Furi Pro Cook's Knife is a classic Euro-bladed professional cook's knife. A broad blade for improved knuckle clearance and the longer sharpening life, combined with a narrow bolster near the blade edge for easer sharpening makes this knife a valuable asset in any kitchen.
