We have a very fluffy samoyed/golden retriever who really feels the heat in the summer. This has worked well so far, and he doesn't mind it being done.
I have two mixed breed long haired dogs (Pomeranian x and Japanese Spitz x) and this couldn't keep up with grooming. If you have a dog with long hair this won't keep up. Otherwise product is easy and simple to use, best suited for easy and short haired dogs imo.
