A really nice display model of the Planet Express ship with great details and marking. QMX make great products. The ship is removable from its stand and very cleverly attached by a couple of very strong magnets. The magnets are also the power connections from the batteries in the base to the LED lights in the ship. Sadly the LEDs are only able to be illuminated via three AAA batteries in the stand. There is no external power supply connection! But the stand is easily unscrewed and is very roomy so I drilled a hole mount a DC socket and installed a small power supply module so my ship will run from a standard 9 or 12 plugpack without the worry of replacing batteries.
