Formerly, Emily was Senior Scientist at personalised nutrition tech company ZOE, where she worked on academic research with King’s College London, Harvard, and Stanford Universities and translated the new key findings into actionable guidance, taking science from the lab to the public. She is Head of Nutrition Science at The Gut Stuff. Genius Gut is her first book.
