A mysterious time-travelling device discovered in an old, abandoned campervan - could this be the key to changing the history of the biggest musical phenomenon of all time? In the year 2000, Beatles fan Desmond Jones is driving home in torrential rain, desperately hoping to make it back in time to join his friends for their regular Sunday night pub quiz in Middlesham. Whilst held up by flooding, an enigmatic stranger persuades Desmond to follow him down a dark, narrow lane as a shortcut. Here he comes across a time-travelling device, a time radio, which he discovers is able to miraculously transport him to momentous events in the story of The Beatles.
