The stories offer miracles, triumph and joy to the hearts of readers from all walks of life. Volume 3 is the story of a Lost Boy who as a child faced the horrors of his village being burned to the ground and his parents killed by non-Christian rebels. He and his younger brother, along with tens of thousands of young boys and girls had to walk the treacherous journey of 1,000 miles from the South Sudan to Ethiopia for refuge. The days and nights filled with terror. Now, this man serves as a Pastor sharing God's word boldly and courageously. The Uganda story and others will fill your heart with knowledge, love and hope for change and a new future.

Author Biography:

Teresa Herbic is the Co-Founder and Advisor of Families for Adoption for Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She and her husband, Galen, and close friends, Angie and Dave Pollock founded Families for Adoption, an international and domestic adoption, foster and orphan care network in 2005. Her passion is aiding and rescuing orphan children and uniting families. She is the author of five other books: "Family Prayer Made Easy," and "Family Prayer Made Easy" in Spanish, Whitaker House, "So Long Summer," Motivational Press, "Dog Tales" and "Cat Tales," Ambassador International. She is an advocate for adoption, foster and orphan care through these books by providing proceeds to American children's homes and orphan causes. The impact of prayer resulted in Heroic's decision to adopt rather than have children biologically. God has blessed her and her husband Galen with two adopted children, Meyana and Braxten, and an adopted cat named Lolli.
