I am a bit dissapointed in this game. Besides the fact that there is a woman running around slashing barbarians with a sword I dont see much of what i would consider RPG. The only way you get to upgrade your weapons and armour is by earning tribute, and the only way you get tribute is by killing barbarians. You dont pick armour or weapons up, there is no shop to buy stuff you need. I also found the game went from playable in the first stage to remote throwing frustration in the second. It got so hard that you were being attacked by a bunch of barbarians, some really big, that you cannot fight. A plus side is that there are special moves, but they work best on up to 3 opponents, over that and there are just to many of them and you only get a few at a time. You do however get to go back to previous levels and fight again for more tribute, but it builds up slowly and gets boring, you want to move on not backwards. I cannot play this game for more than about an hour, then Im either bored or irritated. A word of advice if you do get the game. Stay on your beasts as long as possible. You earn more tribute attacking your enemy on them than off. If your beast dies, go back if you can to where you got the beast and get another one. It might take a bit of running forwards and backwards, but the game will take forever anyway if you dont.
