Author Biography:

Judith Bannister is an Associate Professor at the Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. Judith teaches and researches in Administrative Law and Intellectual Property. Her research focuses upon the regulation of information access. Anna Olijnyk is a Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. Anna researches and teaches in Administrative Law and Constitutional Law. Her research interests include government accountability mechanisms and the role of courts as institutions of government. Stephen McDonald is a barrister at Hanson Chambers and an Adjunct Senior Lecturer at the Adelaide Law School, University of Adelaide. Stephen practises in all areas of law, with a particular focus on public law, including Administrative Law, and appeals.
