Author Biography:

Dr. Riccards has been a college president at three different institutions, a public policy scholar at the College Board, and the founding head of the Hall Institute of Public Policy. He is married with three children and five grandchildren. His editor is Ms. Cheryl Flagg, previously at the Council of Graduate Schools in Washington DC. These short stories were critiqued by the Writing Seminar at Hamilton Public Library under the aegis of Rodney Richards. The author is a former political science scholar, a college president at three institutions, but above all he is a man in love with the language.
