I love the look and my partner likes the feel, but I don't, the width isn't enough, the hard plastic digs into my thighs it's too small for my butt.

Construction and feel are solid. Seat back, including the wing shape is plastic apart from the top bar holding the headrest. The back and base tilt and sliding lock mechanisms are essentially pins into holes so there is some movement (~2degrees and 5mm) when locked in place which takes away from the otherwise premium feel. The mesh base is good for keeping cool but with little junk in the trunk it is very firm, akin to a comfortable wooden seat. The 5cm of armrest adjustment is enough to move them to a comfortable position but they don't drop low enough to go under a standard 700mm high desk when at a correct seat height. The “APAS” system was the first thing I locked out. When free to move encourages you to go strait to a slouching position, when leaning back the base moves further forward dragging you down the back of the chair. Would be much better off with tilt and pan adjustment on the base and fixed or separate recline on the back.
Good but would be better if the butt tilted so you dont slip down after time
Gorilla Office: GT Ergonomic Elite – Office Chair
GT Chairs produce top executive office and high end gaming chairs, based on the design concept of the gear shifting paddles of Formula One on the chair armrests. The chair control paddles are connected with a pulling mechanism utilizing high strength steel cables. Without changing the sitting position, users can adjust the seat height and backrest tilting within 0.32 seconds, a unique feature of GT Chairs.
