If you get a good one they are reasonable value for money with lots of functionality. However they are cheaply made and very plasticy, build quality and QC clearly leave a lot to be desired.
If you can afford it, buy something nicer from a well regarded brand, however If you need something cheap and cheerful these will give you a surprising amount for the price.
