I have a couple of these sets, but I love the natural wood finish on these. They add another dimension to play because they don’t fit an obvious game (the other sets include farm animals and dinosaurs), so kids have to stretch their imagination a little more. They are designed as a lacing game, so have holes drilled through them; they could be made into a beautiful baby mobile, etc.
