Description

Person-centered care emphasizes the importance of putting the individual before the illness to provide holistic support. Author Biography:

Anthea Innes is Lecturer in Dementia Studies with Bradford Dementia Group at the University of Bradford. Her role is predominantly in the research arena; current work is exploring ethnicity and dementia and evaluating services from the viewpoint of the person with dementia.
