Author Biography:

Anders Wimo was born in 1952. He's Adjunct Professor in the Department of Neurobiology, care sciences and society at the Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden since 2007 and a Family physician in Bergsjo (Halsingland), Sweden since 1991. Previously: Associate Professor, department of Family Medicine, Umea University, Sweden 1995. Clinical lecturer, Primary health Care of Hälsingland, 1999-2000. Researcher, Karolinska Institutet, 1999- 2007. Family physician, Sundsvall, Sweden, 1985-1991.
