Maurizio Giraldi is currently a head chef at an award winning restaurant in Newcastle and Stephen Maurice is an Aerospace engineer as well as having been a casual chef. Maurizio and Stephen first met each other working at one of Melbourne's best fine dining restaurants. Between them they have worked in more than a dozen fine dining restaurants with cuisines spanning from contemporary Australian, Greek, French, Italian, South East Asian and Middle Eastern. This provides them with a broad range of cuisines to formulate the best possible flavor profiles. Stephen and Maurizio also share a passion for a healthy lifestyle with Stephen having shot for mens fitness brands and Maurizio having competed in Mixed Martial Arts tournaments. It is this combined passion for food and fitness that has allowed for the successful partnership of these two chefs to create Healthy in a Hurry.
