Author Biography:

Xiaoyan Lin is Professor of Applied Economics at Beijing Jiaotong University of China and Doctoral Tutor. She graduated from the Department of Industrial Economics, Renmin University of China, Bachelor of Science, Master's degree and Ph.D. in Economics and Business Economics from Beijing Jiaotong University. Professor Lin is Director of the current Beijing philosophy and social science research base and the traffic development research base. She is also Deputy Director of China Technical and Economic Research Center of Beijing Jiaotong University, President of China Technical and Economic Association, and Secretary General of Economic Committee of China Railway Institute. She was China 863 major special program "high-speed maglev traffic technology" expert group member.
