Author Biography:

Keith Hatschek directs the Music Management program at University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA. He is the author of two previous music industry books and contributes a monthly music industry column to the Discmakers music blog. Prior to joining academia, he spent 25 years working in the music industry as a marketing executive, record producer and professional musician. Veronica A. Wells is the Head of Library Academic Support Services at the University of the Pacific. She is also the Music Librarian for the University’s Conservatory of Music. Her research interests include the teaching and assessment of students’ information literacy skills.
