Author Biography:

DrewCasper is the Alma and Alfred Hitchcock Chair of AmericanFilm at the University of Southern California s Schoolof Cinematic Arts. He is the author of PostwarHollywood, 1946-1962 (Blackwell, 2007), Introduction to FilmReader (2007), Stanley Donen (1983), and VincenteMinnelli and the Film Musical (1977). He has contributed onmany DVD commentaries for documentaries of classic and contemporaryHollywood films.
