Author Biography:
Denise Weaver Ross is a poet and artist living and working in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In 2012, she published her first book of art and poetry called Midwest by Northeast by Southwest. The Bone Suit is the fourth and final volume of an art and poetry series based on her reinterpretation of the traditional deck of cards in which clubs became trees, diamonds turned into stars, spades transformed into bones or fossils, and hearts remained hearts.
