Author Biography

Frederic H. Jones (Vallejo, CA), Ph.D., has spent 25 years in the business of design and architecture, 10 years of which were focused on electronic publishing and multi-media information systems. He has taught and lectured widely on digital video and multimedia and is recognized internationally as an authority in the areas of electronic database management, publishing, and design. Jones's latest title is The Shadow of the Obelisk (Virgin & NEC), a major CD-ROM-based graphic adventure game that includes more than 1-1/2 hours of digital video. He is the author of hundreds of magazine articles and fifteen books, including Digital Video Development (PH-PTR) and a Project Management Online course for Digital Think.
