"Speaking, believing, and thinking into agreement with our identity in Christ Jesus. Have you made up your mind that you want to "Live in the new"? It seems like the same situations seem to come back up. I know this cycle all too well. I've learned that if I keep struggling in a particular area of my life. I need to find out what God's word says about it. It was revealed that many of the struggles began in the mind and didn't just start when we became adults. They began in childhood. I also learned that the tongue could bring death or life. Many of my struggles came from how I thought, which influenced how I spoke. God spoke to me about being skillful with the word of truth. God said, and things were created. When Jesus was tempted in the wilderness, he rebuked Satan with the word of truth "It is written." The Bible declares, "For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires." Knowing all this, I knew it was my job and responsibility to speak the truth and teach my children. This book was written to help children of all ages read and say out loud God's truth against any lie or deception Satan has spoken through people or thoughts. They are inspired towards everyday life that our children may face. To encourage them that they are not alone and that there is a very present help inside them that never leaves us nor forsakes us.
