My initial dealing with Mighty Ape was disappointing. I admit that when I opened my Mighty Ape account I entered the wrong postcode. My first order came in two parts and while I can overlook the first part going astray due to my error, but upon realising my error, I changed my account details and informed Mighty Ape of this change. No action was taken and the second part of that order also went astray. I am disappointed with the lack of action in correcting delivery details on my order and I am infuriated by the number of times I was sent a “do not reply” email asking me to contact Mighty Ape if I have any problems. Even after I sent emails enquiring as to the whereabouts of my order I was sent “do not reply” emails. I hope any future dealings will be more satisfactory.
