"Cute story. Very thin paper."
4 stars"
Purchased on Mighty Ape

I do like the story about Inky the elf and there are pictures to colour but the paper is so thin you can see through it. You can only use pencils to colour in this book.

Description

A one of a kind colour in story book for younger readers to colour, read together and treasure forever. Follow Inky as she flies about the forest, taking you on a journey of bravery, peril and friendship. Filled with beautiful illustrations by Artist Kathryn Wilson, this book encourages creativity and reading together, providing hours of fun and inspiration. For reading ages 6 and up, and is appealing for any age to colour in! Please use colour pencils to colour in the pages of this storybook. Using colour pens or paint will spoil the next story page. Remember the glitter for Inky's wings, and happy colouring! About the Author: Kathryn Wilson was born in Liverpool and studied Illustration & Graphic design at Liverpool John Moores University, after graduating she went on to illustrate others books and exhibited her illustrations in an exhibition in London alongside Quentin Blake. Her biggest work of art can be seen near the Antony Gormley statues at Crosby beach in Liverpool, a colourful mural 46m x 16m depicting local history. Kathryn co-founded C.I.C Creative Balance in 2012 delivering weekly children's Art Clubs, school workshops and community events. She now enjoys creating beautiful colour in storybooks that she hopes will inspire young budding artists to one day write and illustrate their own stories.
