He is also a fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.   Zdeněk Stárek, MD, PhD, is the head of the Electrophysiology department at St. Anne's University Hospital Brno and Head of the Interventional Cardiac Electrophysiology group at the International Clinical Research Center, Brno, Czech Republic.   Sylvain Martel, P.Eng., Ph.D., FIEEE, FCAE, is a professor and director of the NanoRobotics Laboratory at the Institute of Biomedical Engineering, Polytechnique Montréal and the Canada Research Chair in Medical Nanorobotics. His fields of interest include micro- and nanosystems, nanorobotics and development of novel medical interventional platforms.   Balázs Gulyás, MD, PhD, is a professor at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine and director of the Centre for Neuroimaging Research at Nanyang Technological University (CeNReN), Singapore. His research focuses on molecular neuroimaging with positron emission tomography (PET), with special regard to neurological and psychiatric diseases and cognitive neuroimaging with functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI), magnetoencephalography (MEG) and electroencephalography (EEG).
