Description

From the mind of Philip K. Dick A made-for-TV Limited Series In a post-apocalyptic world that forced US citizens to live underground, a daring spelunker will venture to find the source of a mysterious signal that can spell the end of all underground dwellers or be their salvation. It's 2052. It's World War III: A world decimated by missiles carrying deadly viruses. There was no time for a vaccine, no time for immunity. The surface has become uninhabitable, forcing the remaining US population to flee underground into a massive, converted cavern in New Mexico known as the "Sanctuary." Remaining on the surface are Sentinel robots controlled by a master A.I. to fight the war. Reports are sent down to the Sanctuary with battle updates and robotic casualty numbers. Weapons are continually developed and improved inside the Sanctuary by humans and sent to the surface for the war effort. In Episode 2, we follow Yaz as she struggles to survive a cave-in and in doing so finds evidence life might have survived on the surface. When her cousin Devon learns of the mishap, he risks everything to mount a daring rescue mission. President Evans is disappointed to learn Carlos has botched a batch of Pink she so desperately needs. INSCAPE is a ten-part limited series written in standard screenplay format. This is episode two of the series.
