Within his training in Biophysical anthropology, he immersed himself in study of evolution, human development, and the scientific study of Tibetan Buddhist Tantric meditation practices. He also holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado. He has extensive clinical training and has completed training in the Treatment of Trauma from the Sensorimotor Psychotherapy Institute.
