Author Biography

Pamela L. Eddy is associate professor of Educational Policy, Planning, and Leadership at the College of William and Mary. She was a 2009 Fulbright Scholar at Dublin Institute of Technology, Dublin, Ireland. She has published articles on partnerships and collaborations that focus on institutional projects and on faculty working groups.
