Author Biography:

C. Paul Hallwood is Professor of Economics at University of Connecticut. He has authored five books and many papers within the international economics field, covering areas such as international money and finance, the multinational corporation, the international oil industry and developing economies, and the economics of commodity markets. Ronald MacDonald is Professor of International Finance in the Department of Economics at University of Strathclyde. He is the author/editor of several books in international money and finance and has written numerous articles in the areas of international finance, macroeconomics, and financial economics.
