Author Biography:

Harold Crowter FRICS is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Arbitrator, and is a leading arbitrator in the UK. The majority of his appointments are multi-million pound disputes, and he specialises in advising on the resolution and avoidance of building and civil engineering disputes.
