Author Biography:

Jen Fiore is a home-chef and wellness coach, who specializes in gluten-free food. In 2003, she and her three children discovered that Celiac disease was reason for their numerous ailments and illnesses. After this diagnosis, Jen's reflected on her lifelong love affair with food, how much her family enjoyed the holidays with gatherings and food! Thinking about all her family traditions that centered on food made her realize she wanted her children to have the same joyful experience. Jen began to tackle the mystery of gluten-free cooking and baking in a time when little was known about it much less available on the shelves. 20 years later she spends much of her time creating recipes and sharing them with others on social media, YouTube, and on regular segments on local TV in Georgia. She likes to remind people that the recipes are delicious, easy, and for everyone at the table to enjoy, with one little twist, they all JUST HAPPEN TO BE GLUTEN-FREE!
