Author Biography:

RAW CHEF JANE is a Certified Living on Live Food, Raw Food Chef, instructor and Teacher, Certified Nutritional Consultant and a two-time metastatic breast cancer survivor. Her philosophy is that a healthy way of living is made up of a healthy diet, and that the body, mind and spirit must all be addressed when seeking optimum health, something with which she is all too familiar being a two time cancer survivor. RAW CHEF JANE specializes in helping you to establish your raw kitchen, how to begin your journey to optimum health, and offers many classes, as well as chef certification classes, in which she teaches raw food preparation from very simple to indulging gourmet, creating healthy, delicious raw vegan meals.
